Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Laying on the soft grass of the flat plains at night, gazing upward into the bright, starry bowl that is the nighttime sky, is Celestial Twilight Fantasies's idea of relaxation. He can often be found at sunset, flying amongst his clan's territory, beaming daydreams at troubled, stressed, or anxious dragons, in an attempt to calm them down and get them to enjoy life. He also has an ability to make one's worries fade away, replaced by a peaceful bliss. He often jokes that this is because he had shadow walker ancestors, but deep down he knows it is his unique ability. But besides his relaxing daydreams, Celestial Twilight Fantasies is also extremely sweet, handsome, bashful, traits he might have inherited from his sweetling ancestors, and he attracts many females, who adore him. But he is too shy to really talk to the few female dragons that he fancies, and none of them are in that group.
