Falconiform Wyverns are normally shy creatures. However, when approached, they often feel threatened, and the flames along their bodies leap higher. Females tend to be smaller than males, though Falconiform Wyverns are typically rather large overall. They use their size to their advantage by hunting smaller dragons. The Falconiform’s graceful, swooping dives are said to resemble birds of prey. Falconiforms are largely solitary dragons that only meet in order to breed.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Burst Laser can shoot green beams out of his mouth! Actually, those "beams" are green flame bursts, but to him, "beams" sounds cooler, and everything sounds more exciting when ended in an exclamation point. It takes several hours of preparation and a foul-tasting rocky potion to turn his breathed fire into bright green bursts, but it's all worth it when he sees the looks of awe and hears the "oohs" from his audience. Everything is worth the work if he is noticed and admired.
