Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; they only eat plants unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons since they only double in size when they mature. Mint dragons are unable to use magic and cannot fly since they lack wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of calling dragons “large lizards.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Stayed Quiet is a carpenter at Aquebecker, working for Alpha Build-It. He has noticed that there's a feeling of... negativity towards flightless dragons. People don't overtly look down on them, and he can't find the right words to describe this attitude. Whenever he tells others, they claim to harbor no ill will towards ground-stuck folks. Some of their best friends are kyanites and harvests, and he must admit that having working wings is better in every way, no offense to his kind. Stayed Quiet doesn't really agree. At least "his kind" require less food since they don't need to sustain flight. He doesn't wish to pick fights with anyone, so he decided to instead start a flying club for dorsals, aranoas, gemshards... anyone who can't fly under their own power, including humans. There are other ways to fly, using magic and machines. Although Stayed Quiet has found a venue, planned activities, and posted an ad by town hall, his flying club for the flightless hasn't gotten off the ground.
