Radiant Angel Dragons are known for their intuition—they always seem to know when someone is feeling down, and will do what they can to provide cheer. These dragons are curious and will poke their noses into anything. They communicate with one another by making sounds similar to singing. It is said that the golden feathers shed from their whiskers can rekindle lost feelings of love.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Good Feelings Specialist is unquestioningly loyal to his homeland and happy with his job, which is his name. Everybody's named their future job when they're born, since they're destined for it. He hails from a land called Pinkchard, led by the Honorable and Eternal Chief whose benevolent rule has lasted several of his lifetimes. Good Feelings Specialist's current assignment is to go to one of the many incorrectly governed lands and influence denizens to be more like Pinkchard, and he was sent to Echodale. His loyalty and beliefs are sources of tension between him and these new people. They believe that complaining is acceptable behavior and don't like the idea of having a benevolent leader. They've stated they like being happy, but when he squeezes all the contents out of the minds of unhappy dragons and refills them with new, positive thoughts, observers get angry at him. Good Feelings Specialist knows he has a lot of work to do here to change people, but he's doing what's right.
