Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. At night, the silver dragoness loved to set her eyes upon the moon and the ocean. She watched the water as it gently pushed and pulled, watched as it shimmered with the moon's light, watched as the moon shone and glowed. Although she glowed with an inner light that was like that of the stars, she much prefered the light of the moon than hers any day. The fact that she knew that somehow, the ocean and the moon were connected, it captivated her and she could not resist to look at the scenery. The two entities looked as if they were in harmony, peace with one another. She came to the conclusion that the ocean could not survive without the moon, and the moon could not survive without the ocean.
