The Aeria Gloris are an unusual-looking breed. With six glowing eyes, a ring of crystals that orbits around the dragon’s neck, and seven sets of short wings lining their body, these dragons are thought to be related to something primordial, perhaps even alien. Regardless, Aeria Gloris Dragons are graceful and gifted with potent magic that allows them to manipulate space almost instinctively. They have been known to use highly complex teleportation magic on the fly, and while these dragons are not very mobile on the ground, they often take off by using their magic to create a field which temporarily reverses gravity’s hold. Aeria Gloris are usually neither malicious nor benevolent, preferring to mind their own business and wandering as if in search of something.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Rigel is a mute and incredibly mysterious. Like most Aeria Gloris, Rigel does not typically stay in one place for very long. He travels endlessly across the land, seemingly following star charts like a Nebula. He is a generally closed off individual. Of course, as mentioned, he does not speak, but he also just tends to avoid others altogether. He is repulsed by noisy crowds or egotistical individuals and will avoid them like the plague. When approached, he is neither incensed nor joyous. He kind of just gives a look like, "What You want something" Rigel is not a very emotional individual. He seems to dismiss both the feelings of others and himself, he perceives the world through a series of transactions. If someone chooses to come to him, his first assumption is that they either want to hurt him or want something from him. In the latter case, Rigel is more than capable of defending himself. He is a magic genius and can perform insanely complex spells to both fight and get away.
