Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sparkly isn't the sharpest sword in the armory. But that doesn't bug him at all. He easily finds an explanation for stuff (fairies did it) which then keeps him from breaking his pretty little head trying to figure out the real reasons behind things. As a consequence he sees magic everywhere which in turn makes him very happy because who wouldn't want to live in a world full of magic. Sparkly often hums to himself or tells others about the wonderful fairies who make rainbows and create thunder and do myriads of other exciting things just for the enjoyment of dragonkind.
