Frilled Dragons are smaller than most other breeds, but when threatened, they stretch out their wings and frills to appear larger. They generally do not like to fight and prefer hiding to confrontation. Frilled dragons live in small groups and often band together to scare off potential threats. Males also use their frills as a way to attract mates, with those displaying the “best” frills being more likely to breed.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ridiculous PrincessConsort Frill was so excited to be chosen as Caesarion's mate. She had always thought him fine and noble, never imagining that she would be considered worthy of him. The King and Queen chose her for him—with the scrollmaster's approval! She couldn't believe her luck. The whole realm looked forward to the first even 4th gen to be born in the land.

It was not to be. The jealous Black Queen cursed their clan, but secretly, PrincessConsort believes that Caesarion would have refused her regardless. He did not consider her worthy. He tolerates their marriage of state, having little other choice, but their mating is just for show. He won't spend time alone with her at all, knowing that she cannot bear his heir. So he dallies with other breeds, and she pours her love into her adopted daughter, forever mourning what should have been.
