Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. This large hatchling is well-protected by its thick, scaly hide. It is pushy and aggressive toward other dragons.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Noft cannot tell a joke right, but he likes telling them whether people want it or not. His audience laugh anyway, either because he's so bad at telling jokes that it's kind of funny, because they're being polite, or just because they are afraid of him. He's bigger than some adults, so many simply want to remain on his good side. Noft also has a tendency to give people hearty slaps on the back. Many smaller dragons, if they can't avoid him completely, avoid getting slapped by facing him rather than standing beside him. There is at least one human at any given moment still recovering from one of his slaps, though many would say that his misremembered, rambling jokes caused them more pain.
