Venturis Dragons are a peaceful breed that reside in cooler regions toward the bases of mountains where they can raise their young without the threat of predators drawing too close. They are known for their ability to sense distress, and use telepathy—coupled with a strong sense of empathy—to solve disputes. It is commonly believed that interacting with a Venturis dragon will bring a future of good fortune. They are also known as Heralds of Tranquility in olden lore. Despite their seemingly elusive nature, Venturis Dragons have often been spotted near villages torn apart by war and destruction.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ruin Vest is a dragon who tries to solve all problems without violence, though unlike other documented venturis dragons, her methods are often goofy and unpredictable. For years, her identity wasn't known, but eventually, the denizens of various towns and networks pooled together their knowledge of things that happened and things that didn't happen and are pleased to have figured out she was their mystery creature. Ruin Vest's problem-solving steps work very well, and sometimes they work but are the source of new, unique (but fortunately milder) problems, which she or someone else then has to solve. Every so often, there's the occasional wandering duck aging backwards still spotted, but nearly everyone agrees that the anatid fall was preferable to the demolition of the Three Horned Tower.
