Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Soaring above the clouded sky while a smudge of sun hovers on the horizon is Rebula, who is on his evening flight. The clockwork of this ritual is precise, an hour before sunset, he will leave the Incubating Cave, moving swiftly through the complex then entering the outside world. Hovering above the forest, he glides on the evening breeze, before snapping out of the current once he reaches the sea. Turning around, he swoops through the canyons, until the chill of the mountains are felt across his scales. Spiraling upwards like a feather in a tornado, he falls out of human vision as he is now above the clouds. Alone and peaceful, Rebula hums back and forth, contemplating the day's events, before noticing that all too soon the sliver of light has vanished, plummeting the land into darkness. Rebula will then hesitate, and watch, as through the clouds the nebula dragons will appear, drifting on their backs and staring at their special constellation.
