Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Secret Past is an easily beautiful dragon with sharp claws and tongue if she needs them. She is the faithful mate of Terrible Thyngs, the Tribe's fearless King. She and Thyngs were brought up in the Tribe during a major crisis. As hatchlings, an enemy dragon had almost stolen them away, but out of defense of her best friend, she lashed out at their attacker, saving both her and her love. Thyngs holds his deepest respect for her, and there isn't a dragon whom he loves more.
