Electric Dragons wield electricity with great prowess. Bright sparks race across these dragons’ bodies in a dazzling dance of light, complemented by the blindingly radiant sparks on their tails. Using their bellies and manes as stores for this electrical energy, Electric Dragons wield crackling magic, stunning and electrocuting their prey with a whip of their tail. During mating season it is typically those with the most brilliant sparks—an indicator of strength and hunting ability—that are drawn to each other.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Galvin's appearance matches perfectly to his demeanor—electrifying. He often tries too hard, is too loud, and his sense of humor is deplorable. He is essentially a big hatchling: he regrets his actions more often than not, is a big dreamer and is trusting of anyone almost immediately.

His mate, Violet Water Wash, is a silver dragon. Her shine and her gentle nature balance him well, with his dull mind and awkward personality. She seems to appreciate him more than any other dragon, even when he seems to do things haphazardly and for no reason.
