Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

After many years of watching their owner's scroll grow, Svirase was no longer known by his name, instead adopting the title of Elder Guardian. No longer the headstrong and misbehaving youth he once was, he adapted and grew to become the protector of Wildsilver's scroll, and their dragons. Even during the time where his owner had disappeared for a year or more, he stood fast, protecting their dragons and making sure they did not lose hope. Even now, he is often the first seen when approaching the cave that they live in, awaiting the time when Wildsilver would return.

While others doubted, Svirase would not falter, and he believed that his owner would return. When he spotted the familiar figure of a human trekking up the treacherous path to the cave where the scroll was kept under his watchful eye, he was wary. Though his owner had changed in how they looked, they were still unmistakable to him. With a rumble of a greeting, Svirase welcomed Wildsilver back home.
