Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. His name means "Lucky Son" in Japanese. He is one of the many sons of Kentaro and Kiyomi. He's a very good hunter, and enjoys the solitude of the hunt. They'd go off exploring, and it would take their mom and dad hours to find them sometimes. Kichiro is a very handsome dragon, with deep purple and crimson scales, and eyes like rubies. He's also rather large, and is a perfect example of dragon masculinity. He met his mate, Ayumi, at a social gathering. She was the most beautiful dragon that he'd ever seen, with her graceful features, and beautiful eyes. They started talking, and realized that they had a lot in common. Both love social gatherings, but sometimes need their own space. She takes walks, and he goes hunting. They became mates on a beautiful spring morning. They are soul mates, and love each other dearly.
