Harvest Dragons are a large, flightless breed most often found in heavily forested mountains. Normally shy, these omnivorous dragons keep to themselves in remote regions, but in the fall they descend from their high territory to search for food—and lots of it. During the autumn months, harvest dragons will eat whatever they can find, from large and small animals to nuts and fruit. In the winter they retreat into large caves and hibernate until spring, living off the fat they have built up.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

She has been "ZF W 1" and "22ZXY--!!--:)" and "Hskad Slpre Dwioexrg" and "88888888" and "Helen", but she isn't called any of those now. She frequently changes her name: when she gets tired of being called one thing, she decides she wants to be called something else. Sometimes she chooses new names using a few pleasant syllables or mental images, and sometimes she seems to choose symbols arbitrarily. Only a handful of dragons know this harvest well because she doesn't really interact with anyone outside of fall and early winter, so during the rare times she and a friendly dragon cross paths, the other person simply asks what she's called now and goes with that. Her on-and-off "life partner" calls her Dear.
