Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Every dragon is careful not to anger her, as she is very passionate and willing to destroy for what she believes in. Like a blizzard or lightning storm, her rage overpowers her; she is violent, fierce, and will injure anyone in her way. This is why everyone clears the area when she is in a mood. However, she is extremely apologetic when in her normal state and will always help right whatever she wronged.
