Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Fierce Warrior's name is a bit of a joke among his friends. He's a warrior alright... when he has to be. He can fight as well as any other Black dragon out there, but he doesn't really want to. He's much happier sitting at home than on the battlefield, and he shies away from joining in the post battle recollections of how many foes were downed by each dragon and in what inventive ways they were killed.

Commanders tend to leave him holding the rearlines, as there's no point bringing a dragon to battle if he doesn't actually want to be there. Therefore if Fierce Warrior is on the battlefield at all it's a rather bad sign for the flock's troops.
