Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Wikolia is a fairly plain dragon, who is sometimes confused with a male red. She is quite strong, and an excellent hunter. She lives in the same prairie as her father, favoring antelope and the native aurochs (though she likes domesticated cattle as well). Most other dragons are disconcerted by her lame front leg, which is squashed and appears to have been stepped on. This is evidence of her father, who accidentally walked on her when she was newly born. Luckily, she was quite hardy and survived the injury, but cannot use that leg for anything without extreme pain and reopening the shattered bones.

Wikolia lairs in an old abandoned village keep, which also houses many wasps, bats, and owls. She keeps mostly gold, brass, and copper—perhaps to remind herself of her mother, a mage dragon.
