Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Helena moves and fights with a cat-like grace, but she is pretty small and weak for a member of her species. Her specialty are stealth and intelligence missions and she usually patrols the borders of her clan's territory at night to make sure no potential foe can sneak in unnoticed.

She shares this task with her father Bruce and her mother Serena and one would think that their family bonds would make working together easier but sadly that's not the case. Her parents are so different in character that despite their clear attraction to each other they fight among themselves more often than not. Helena growing up between them grew tired of choosing sides and has now closed herself of from her father and mother and the rest of the clan mostly relying on herself and only reporting to Fumee or Nick Fury if absolutely necessary.
