Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Beautiful, calm Nocte ad Luna is very quiet. She's a wise dragon, like Kyastarr, her Royal Blue dragon friend, but lacks Kyastarr's physical prowess. This works against Nocte, as many conversations that take place between dragons she would like to be her friends are about their recent feats of athleticism. She finds that she has nothing to say.

Her lineage is an arrow lineage, very neat with its Silvers, Reds, Golds, and more Moonstones. Nocte acts very proud of it, but in secret, she'd rather have no lineage than one that shows that she started life as an abandoned egg.

Nocte ad Luna means "the moon at night" in Latin.
