Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Tragic Whispers is a 'stranger dragon'- hatched from one of the few eggs that were found away from the Abandoned Pile, in a little clutch. Along with the other dragons that had hatched from the odd clutch, Tragic Whispers refused to take on Moonwing as his last name, unlike the rest of the dragons in the caves of Lchai. Tragic Whispers also isn't the typical name for dragons of the Lchai caves, who usually choose a foreign name with a meaning (such as Caeruleum Igne, meaning blue fire.)

Many of the dragons admit that the 'stranger dragons' are all sort of sketchy in that they simply refuse to take on traditions of any kind and are all rather quiet and reserved. Tragic Whispers, well, he's the most reserved of all of them. He hasn't made a single sound ever since he was hatched.
