White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Thin, withdrawn, and often melancholy, Sorrow usually seems the embodiment of her name.  She was one of the last born at ill-fated Highrock Weyr, and had she been a magi dragon, she might have been able to oppose Olinbar and stop the weyr's slow decline, but as a white dragon, there was little she could do to save the dying weyr.  Sorrow fled as soon as she could, vowing to return one day to aid her former home.  Her journey has taken her to a terrae paladin, to the reincarnated Unicorn Mage and her new court, and to the activist tinsel who would eventually become her mate, but there still seem to be no solutions to the problem of Highrock Weyr.  Hope remains elusive, but Sorrow endures.
