Bolt Dragons are incredibly powerful dragons with the ability to wield lightning magic. They can be ruthless on occasion, but are generally mild unless provoked. Due to their intelligence and keen observational skills, it is incredibly arduous to attack a Bolt Dragon undetected. If threatened by a formidable opponent, Bolt Dragons will flare out their fin-like appendages to make themselves look more menacing.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Wzwvi is more eccentric than odd, an oddity among his family. He likes to stand on one foot while singing songs from bad operettas backwards. For mid-morning tea he likes jam, particularly jam made out of doors, on toast that has been frozen solid in the ice-box. He prefers swimming with his mate to walking on dry land because he has issues with his long tail getting caught in bushes—of course, even swimming he has troubles with his tail getting snagged, and despite his mother still trying to teach him how to handle it, he still has tail troubles.
