Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Heir To the Crown isn't actually an Heir. He was found in a trap as hatchling by the zoo's owner and raised by hand to adulthood. Because of this, he likes the keepers and the guests very much. His best friends are Shining Blue and Hidden Among A Cloud due to them also being very passive. His pen is decorated to look like a mountain ledge. There is a slow moving river running through the middle so he can look into it and see the stars at night. He can leave the pen anytime he likes but he mainly leaves to visit his friends.
