Falconiform Wyverns are normally shy creatures. However, when approached, they often feel threatened, and the flames along their bodies leap higher. Females tend to be smaller than males, though Falconiform Wyverns are typically rather large overall. They use their size to their advantage by hunting smaller dragons. The Falconiform’s graceful, swooping dives are said to resemble birds of prey. Falconiforms are largely solitary dragons that only meet in order to breed.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ginger is one of the many dragons rescued and nurtured by the wide ranging clan of humans founded by AnselaJonla. Her egg was found on the slopes of a volcano and taken to a hatchery to be raised.

Once she matured, she found her lifemate, a Black Capped Teimarr, among the other AnselaJonla dragons. In the tradition of the AnselaJonla flock, both dragons took the same name, Arya, to pass down to any of their offspring that remained within the flock.

Like her mate, Ginger loves flying. She prefers the challenges of the mountains and the dangers of the volcanoes though, meaning they don't often fly together. Ginger loves to tease other dragons on the ground, diving at them and seeing how close she can get to them without colliding. Some of the others don't appreciate feeling her claws raking across their backs, however, and will warn her off.

They appreciate this skill when there's a fight though, and then she doesn't aim to miss.
