White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Unusually for White dragons, Archeia is willing to dole out a tail lash or two—never hard enough to hurt, but enough to let the recipient know of her displeasure. In a clutch of four eggs, she was the only female. Between the rough-housing typical of male dragons and the endless teasing typical of ALL adolescents, Archeia learned to give as good as she got—while she's perfectly nice, she won't hesitate to put her paw down. She and Remihel grew closer as the years passed, leading to her first clutch of eggs and Iophiel, and later Aeilen. She keeps in touch with the children from the eggs that were stolen from her—Sapphira Cloud and her nameless son are no strangers. Archeia is very much a mother figure to all hatchlings in the cave, and can often be found nursing any eggs that may be around.
