Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

With parents like Leonard Cohen and Marianne, Famous Blue Raincoat seemed doomed from the beginning to a life of art, longing, and complicated love.

.

Famous Blue Raincoat's art didn't mimic his parents', though. Instead of music or poetry, Blue was gifted with the ability to sway anyone with conversation. Dragons who didn't like him—or males who found themselves suddenly single after their mates locked eyes with Blue—called him a manipulator, a wandering thief. Female dragons called him romantic, intense, compelling, beautiful: the most amazing dragon that ever happened to them.  Later, alone, those females only looked a little wistful, maybe a little wiser, when asked whatever happened to that amazing Blue fellow they ran away with so long ago.

.

Blue never found the love he dreamed of, the beautiful dragon bathed in lamplight. He's now nursing an old shoulder injury and living alone, deep in an alpine forest, gazing at the night sky and keeping a journal.
