Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Haratira (in ancient draconic, her name means "violent wrath") will is even more destructive than her mother, Rutignir. Not only does she seek out fights, but will start them even among those who do not wish for violence of any sort. She has never been known to not be angry, and refuses any healing from the clan's white dragons (when they try to help her, Haratira will attack them). The queen, Valcigni, has previously tried to banish Haratira, but struggled to enforce it, not only because Haratira will fiercely retaliate, but because she is Valcigni's granddaughter.
Haratira gladly joined the winged dragon usurpers in the war. Not only does she dislike the queen, Valcigni, but she knows that the winged dragons will cause more fighting, as they are the attackers, and will cause more violence than the weak defense.
