Two-Finned Blunas are a very social breed of dragon, living in packs of dragons called “pods.” Blunas are very curious and playful creatures and several dragons in a pod will often “play” with one other, chasing each other around, tossing seaweed back and forth, and riding ocean swells. They are occasionally seen swimming alongside whales and dolphins.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

As one of the eldest Two-Finned Blunas in his cave, over time Sharkfang's family tree has become quite sizeable. He strives to keep in contact with everyone, and enjoys it when the youngest ones come to visit, especially when they ask his advice on swimming techniques or the best places to hunt for fish and shiny treasures. Though he gives this advice freely, he doesn't mind if they don't take it right away, as he believes that part of the fun is figuring things out on one's own.
