Aria dragons are a brightly-colored and sprightly breed, perhaps most adored for their lyric calls. Their song-like melodies fill the areas they inhabit; their coos resemble those of birds, only more elegant and refined. They have fairly strong magical capabilities, but tend to reserve these strengths for last-minute defense, choosing to live their lives in simple peace. Arias, sticking to the tropics, typically live quite far from human settlements, giving rise to the previously held belief that they had gone extinct.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Vaidra's not you'd expected; her mother being the conservative, beautiful Rosiline, clan's oldest dragon. <br/>She is more like her black father. She can be summed up in one word.<br/>Rebellious.<br/>She never listens to her mother, though she has great respect for her father.<br/>If there's one thing Vaidra for sure got from her father, it's his love of music. She has the most beautiful voice to accompany constant singing or humming.<br/>Her mother sees it as noise. Rosi and her daughter square off more than the twins do with Heart's Blood.<br/>Vaidra has a lively spirit and is a fighter. And the thing is, she has a great record of winning. Vaidra isn't afraid to get a little dirt in her claws to prove she isn't little prissy. She has beaten most males but Titon, who's too big for her to tackle.<br/>Vaidra also enjoys hunting. There's nothing better to her then eating a kill she caught herself. Rosi often insists a male goes with her so she will be safe, which all ways ends in a screaming match.
