Aria dragons are a brightly-colored and sprightly breed, perhaps most adored for their lyric calls. Their song-like melodies fill the areas they inhabit; their coos resemble those of birds, only more elegant and refined. They have fairly strong magical capabilities, but tend to reserve these strengths for last-minute defense, choosing to live their lives in simple peace. Arias, sticking to the tropics, typically live quite far from human settlements, giving rise to the previously held belief that they had gone extinct.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Rosiline is the oldest and most favored of the clan's dragons. She is denied nothing, but never wants anything.<br/>She is rather quite around those she doesn't know, but once she opens up to you, you'll find out just who she is.<br/>She is a rather big sweetheart, caring for all the hatchlings with the same tenderness as their mothers would give. <br/>Timid as she is, she's never scared to stand up for what she believes in. It is believed she has some healer in her blood, though it is unconfirmed, as she has wild heritages. <br/>Her first love is Macau, though he could care less for her. He's always after bigger prey. She and Bolero are really close as well; both have deflated mates and plan on trying to make them jealous...<br/>She is also the only one who ever cares much for the forgotten Titon. She tends to listen to his and Skylers problems. They often come to her for advice.<br/>Heart's Blood and her are also rather close, the two are always helping each other deal with the headache that is the twins.
