White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Imal spends very little time in the home cave, preferring to fly the countryside in search of information. She perches on a cliff near a village to ponder, and she heals people who come to her in exchange for knowledge.

During her infrequent stays at the home cave she can be found playing with Nouri, a little white hatchling that has never grown since his wings grew in. She also takes her place as the mentor for the cave hatchlings.
