Horse Dragons have equine-shaped bodies and hooves instead of claws, which allow them to be fast runners. They specialize in running takeoffs, which are quicker than taking off from a stand-still. Horse dragons are able to stalk their prey from the ground then quickly execute an aerial attack for the kill.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Another Countdown has always been an extremely fast-paced dragon. Everyone keeps telling her to "slow down" or to be more cautious, but she takes those warnings in stride. In one ear, and out the other.

She says that it's because there's always "another countdown" going on. It's what gave her the name she has: Another Countdown. Nobody's quite sure what she means when she says that.

The best somebody's been able to decipher it is that she means there's always another dragon or Keeper counting down for something: eggs to hatch, dragons to mature, races to judge. Always something going on, and she has to keep up with it. Keep up with all the countdowns, and make sure that she's not lagging behind, or she'll fail.

It's a philosophy to live by, to be certain. She can't stop and smell the roses when there's always another countdown going down.
