White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Egnel always had dreams of being a warrior, of fighting exciting battles and winning against all odds to stand in a heroic pose over the battlefield with his head held high. Of course, his dreams were shattered quite young when he found himself reduced to tears over accidentally scratching a playmate as hatchlings. He, like many other feisty White dragons before him, was forced to realize the sad truth about his breed: that instinct wouldn't let him follow his grand, if disillusioned and romanticized, dream.

But that hasn't stopped Egnel from becoming the fiercest, most brutal warrior... in a troupe of actors. Specializing in fight choreography, he has trained with actual fighters in multiple types of combat over the years to be able to create realistic but safe battles on stage. When he actually participates in one of the shows, with his costume armor shining and teeth bared he leaps across the stage having the time of his life as he finally gets his heroic moment on the battlefield.
