Blacktip Dragons are a small, shore-dwelling breed that tend to nest on sheer ocean side cliffs. They live in groups under a dominant female, who prevents her subordinates from breeding. During the mating season, a group of Blacktips can be very noisy and smelly indeed; males produce a distinctive musky odor and loud, low-pitched honking noises in an attempt to woo the alpha female.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Once he had reached adulthood, BlackSpear endured barely a few days of constant competition of wooing the Blacktip queen of his homeland. The scroll-bearer had raised him at coastal areas, where he had the freedom of interacting with other Blacktips. During those days, something in the dragon's heart told him that he couldn't stand to see the other female Blacktip Dragons being treated by their leader in an oppressive manner. It is unknown whether it was because he was raised by a human, or that he had a rebellious nature, or both, that caused him to rebel against the Blacktip order and the alpha female. When the scroll-bearer decided to move to other areas of Galsreim, BlackSpear without hesitance followed the human, leaving his homeland for good.

The scroll-bearer labeled a few of the dragons he had raised as Z dragons due to their uniqueness. They are not afraid to show that they are different from others of their species.
