Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Not every dragon agrees with every dragon, much the same as it is with humans. Sometimes there is one in the group who is argumentative and stubborn. In Lagie's caves, that one is Tendentious. He seems to never agree with anyone about anything. Nothing anyone does is ever right, unless it's him, of course. Tendentious uses his scales to record his opinions and passes them out to passersby. He's blissfully unaware that those paper scales often become unread bits of kindling, if they haven't disappeared on the wind before the recipient reaches home.
