Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Black Tea Dragons have small scent glands on the underside of their wing arm that release a pleasant scent. Though many creatures enjoy being in the vicinity of Black Tea dragons, the scent is intended to draw in swarms of butterflies. Though Black Tea dragons are full sized dragons, these insects are the mainstay of their diet.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
This dragon's name means "Lover of Butterflies," a name she was given because, though butterflies are the main source of food for her kind, she refuses to eat the beautiful insects. Her original name was the name of an orchard that grows near where she was born, but it was changed when the rest of her species discovered her distaste to eating butterflies. She now prefers to eat the other, more revolting insects that are drawn to her lovely scent, such as bees and wasps, and she usually spends her days away from the rest of the Black Tea Dragons, who wouldn't talk to her even when she did choose to stay with them. Some of her kind still speak to her, mostly males, though, drawn to her beauty and elegance.
