Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

One day she found herself among a Thuwed, a dragon which she envied.  Approaching this dragon she proclaimed with a growl, One day, Sire, I shall be of your Brood! I am a noble fighter, and one of the best! The dragon snorted and with a quick flick of his tail she was sent hurling off the edge of the cliff, cast out from her very home. She admired him, and knew then it would be her destiny to be with him. While she was held in the clutches of his claws her anger began to rise, furious with the drake that had expelled her from the nest, and she thought to herself. One day I will make my own Brood, and we will try our best to better than you Thuweds. We will be Thuvveds
