An almost strictly nocturnal breed, Ciriax Lindwyrms are especially attuned to the moons’ cycles. They spend nights patrolling the edges of their territory, aggressively fending off intruders while they feast on their prey. After two or three nights of feeding, often around the time of at least one full moon, Ciriax Lindwyrms retreat to the recesses of their cave or underground homes. These dragons make it particularly difficult to travel on nights that are well-lit by moonlight, often to an unsuspecting adventurer’s dismay.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Two-headed dragons are unique enough to deserve a separate classification from ordinary dragons. They have two necks, two brains, two mouths, but one stomach and one main body. The two heads usually work together, but there are times when they will fight each other, snapping back and forth. Their unique anatomy prevents them from breeding with single-headed dragons.

User Description

Swift and Steve are two very different dragons, even for their species. They were found as a gift, placed kindly at DragonPassion's cave entrance. It is a mystery of why they are so unique, as every second of their life was spent together (of course), and supposedly their experiences stayed exactly the same. Swift tends to be more of the educated one, always picking on Steve for his ill-mannered ways. He dislikes his name, though, as many dragons mistake him for a female when they first hear it. Steve is more on the reckless side, always the one to be practically dragging Swift around when it is hunting time and the moon shines bright overhead. Swift enjoys the darkness in the cave, feeling that even the moon will destruct the night-vision that he worked so hard to get by forcing Steve to spend long hours within their cavern. Amazingly though, the two have always been at least faintly tolerant of each other, and nothing has proved to completely destroy the companionship they share.
