Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This dragon used to help others enjoy the holidays until he found the scene of a murder. Since then he has been completely focused on trying to uncover the guilty party instead. He has followed through on a variety of leads, been lied to by those with secrets unrelated to the murder, and gotten extremely frustrated at being sent in circles.

His character was entirely changed by the traumatic stress of the murder. He no longer maintains his appearance and kind of reeks for need of a bath. He does not eat a healthy diet, and his breath stinks so badly as to sting the eyes of those he questions. His unpleasant presence makes everyone want to put the memory of the murder behind them without any further ado.
