Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; they only eat plants unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons since they only double in size when they mature. Mint dragons are unable to use magic and cannot fly since they lack wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of calling dragons “large lizards.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Affectionately dubbed "Smiles," Keola is everyone's friend and the enemy of no one. Supremely comfortable with himself, his friends, his background, and even his feminine name (a mistake of Lexington's), he has no goal in life but to be happy and make everyone else even happier.

He was the easiest of hatchlings to raise, very outgoing, friendly, and playful. His mature view of himself blended seamlessly with his childlike naivete, innocence, and constant optimism.  Lexington loved him to distraction. He grew slowly and even now, full grown, is small even for a mint.

His size belies his huge, golden heart that reaches out to every troubled hatchling he sees. Small, goofy, and touchingly sensitive to the needs of a developing youngster, he is the best friend of many a former rebel, one of whom is now is lovely mate, Amma. His secret--The more of yourself you give, the more you want to give again. He adores avocados, tomato soup, mangoes, cinnamon-sugar cookies, and candy.
