White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A dragon born without magic is believed to be like a bird born without wings; a dragon who can't cast spells is considered vulnerable and weak, and so they become outcasts. Despite being a dragon of this nature, the wise old White dragon, Lunar, has great knowledge of non-magical methods of healing wounds and herbal remedies for illness. His talents have earned him great respect within the Cave and he has become the head nurse and caretaker. Lunar is kind and loving with a wry and slightly sarcastic sense of humor.
