Blacktip Dragons are a small, shore-dwelling breed that tend to nest on sheer ocean side cliffs. They live in groups under a dominant female, who prevents her subordinates from breeding. During the mating season, a group of Blacktips can be very noisy and smelly indeed; males produce a distinctive musky odor and loud, low-pitched honking noises in an attempt to woo the alpha female.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Mugo of the Black-Cap is an inhabitant of the steep, dangerous cliffs that separate "The Dreaming Sea" from the foothills of a mountain range known as the "Dragon's Teeth". She lives in a group of Blacktip dragons led by Ina of the Black-Cap, the dominant female. Mugo of the Black-Cap was forced into a subordinate position in the pecking order at an early age. She could see the logic behind the decision of Ina of the Black-Cap to impose her dominance sooner rather than later, but being put down, sneered at, snapped at, glared at, clawed at and mocked if you ever shed a tear was no enjoyable experience. Mugo of the Black-Cap now possesses a deep hatred of Ina of the Black-Cap, and a desire for revenge.

Mugo of the Black-Cap is not a very vocal dragon. While she does tend to stay near other dragons, she does not speak much and never seems to express strong emotion. Mugo of the Black-Cap is well aware that others view her as emotionless but sees it as an advantage, a mask for her hatred.
