White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Grandpa Snowstorm is one of the oldest dragons in the Snowstorm clan. He is slightly dotty, and has to be looked after by one of the younger dragons. He likes to tell rambling tales of when he was young (which was a couple of millennium ago) and is toothless, so all his food has to be mushed into paste. Grandpa is grouchy and ill tempered, and he likes to hit on all the female dragons that come near him (little realizing that they are his own grand-daughters)
