Their generally kind and cheerful nature ensures Ushgorn Dragons are welcome almost anywhere. However, they like to follow a strict daily routine, with rituals for everything from eating to hunting, and any deviation from their carefully laid plans irritates them. The more substantial the interruption, the greater their anger, sometimes to the point of involuntarily causing the water around them to boil as they lose their tenuous hold over their innate fire magic. Ushgorn Dragons are also quite meticulous when it comes to making promises. Anyone who breaks such an oath will find themselves suffering from a short bout of unexpected bad luck, though the Ushgorn Dragon will deny having anything to do with it. Ushgorn coloration is determined by incubation temperature; eggs that receive more warmth take on a golden brown hue.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Sal is meticulous and pristine, just like any self-respecting Ushgorn. She needs everything around her to be perfectly clean and goes to great lengths to keep things that way. Sal loves collecting trinkets and especially pieces of art. She makes it a hobby to hunt down these items from shipwrecks and traders, restore them to the best of her ability, and display them for others to see. Her gallery is her greatest joy in life, and she'll even add her own original works to it. Like with everything else, Sal goes to great effort to keep her gallery and all the pieces in it in peak condition. She can be a bit picky about who enters. Generally speaking, Sal is a fair, friendly dragon, but she also happens to be pretty judgmental and cautious of others, particularly if they seem messy or unkempt. These are the kinds of dragons she'll shoo away, sometimes even if they clean themselves up for the occasion. Sal has a few trust issues in this regard, and it can take a lot to fully win her over.
