Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Named for an origami grandmaster, Toshikazu is a flighty creature with a deep-sated fear of being incinerated by the other dragons. He spends most of his time in the highest tower of the abandoned city the flight inhabits, venturing out at night when the fire-breathing dragons are less likely to be out.
