Sunrise Dragons are closely related to sunset dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunrise Dragons prefer to live in large groups and enjoy basking in the early morning sun. They are usually most active in the morning, and go to sleep in the early evening.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

There is much history behind this dragon and who he really is. One day he appeared, looking as if he came from some epic battle. He said his name was Keevin, and he was from another universe, one where he was one of the four elements of the world and was at war with his mother and her legion of light warriors. Of course, no one belives him. He admitted after some time that he is an author, and so he was given charge of all the scrolls and books in the clan to take care of. He acts happy, but really deep inside he knows the truth. When asked why he came here, he said some friends of his were missing and they were in this world, but not this clan. He gets along with Nirwn, and other elders although he is hardly thirty in dragon years. He refuses to take a mate, for he says his heart lies with Dawnbreak, whatever that means.
