Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Even with his advanced age, Vergil is still a handsome specimen of a Silver dragon, with scales that reflect light like moonlight off the ripples of a stream. He seems to have come to terms with his age-old rival, now that the old Gold has shrugged off his old pretentious title in favor of a new one, but that has not lessened his anger at the world as a whole.

His mate has long since departed for colder mountains, leaving him alone in the dead of night to prowl amidst the rocks. From time to time, he will couple with a random female that catches his fancy, but it never lasts longer than a season at most.

Secretly, he may hope to rebuild his line with a hotblooded female, but that may be far off yet for this bitter, ancient wyrm.
