Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Aelthred is nearly the oposite of his mate, Aelthrith. Whereas she doesn't like the company of other dragons, he loves talking to others and he has a load of patience. He is rather easy to set off if he is rubbed the wrong way, but it is highly unlikely that his outburst will result in violence, unlike his mate.
